Nordicasino - Postponing my cashout for reasons unknown, unjustifiably slicing rewards down the middle

I played on Nordicasino on 22.08.19

I saved 50€ with a 200% Bonus.

I figured out how to bet it through and have the option to cashout 1000€ (23.08.19).

After succesfully verficated my account (23.08.19) and Telephone check (28.08.19)/Additionally they revealed to me that I just can cashout 500 from my rewards.. In there Extra terms it says: When you get a reward you will be permitted to money out a limit of x20 of your store.

so it would mean 50€ * 20 = 1000€ not 500€ as they said.


Now its the 01.09.19 they still not got the money for it out.

Ive attempted to contact the livechat so often, however nothing goes on.

Everything ought to be allright now, they send the cash. I simply need to hold up till its on my Bank account.
