JoyCasino - Blocked account - they let me defied their norms before pull back cash

Dear KoiSlots Team,
I have an issue with Joycasino.
I made an account made around many Euros store and played. After I needed to pull back my cash (1300€) they approached me for ID and service bill, a while later selfie of me holding my CC and some screen captures.
Now they've obstructed my account with an explanation since I'm a German resident. I offered them to give and prof my second spot of living arrangement (Switzerland) they dismissed it as I remain still an individual with German Visa. I have two spots of living arrangement: Germany and Switzerland.
Now I am looking through assistance to get my rewards, or possibly my store back. They advise that they don't permit to play on the off chance that you are an individual with a German Identification (what an insane explanation). So why they let me make stores, if in my profile is expressed Germany?
I need assistance since I feel that they deceived me:
1. They permit to pick "Germany" as a nation of habitation during enrollment process (Screen capture joined) ... Why?
2. They let me make stores from a German IP... why? I thought it's not permitted?
3. I played from Switzerland, as I have there a second spot of living. Likewise no square came.
4. On the off chance that I wouldn't win, they will let me make an ever increasing number of stores without a notice, that I can't pull back my cash, similar to a German resident living in Switzerland.

In the interim, it appears that Gambling club is checking the likelihood to changed my account to a Swiss account and unblock me. Sitting tight for their answer.
