Casinoval - Withdrawals still unpaid

Hi,i have an application for fund-raising from my acount,but they don't offer it to me.
First demand is from 25.1.2019 for 200€, second 1.2.2019 for 150€,third 19.5.2019 for 450€ and the last one 3.6.2019 for 200€.
I contact to them evry month and the appropriate response is consistently the same.that they have same specialized issue and that be resolve in the and of the month or next week.
