After making a withdrawal on the 21th of may I am as yet looking out for my cash. The 21th I caused a to pull back of 500 euro. Ik did again a withdrawal same story. Still just get sends attempt it again and not helping me. Presently after the second time they disclosed to me they can do it manualy I need to een my bank articulation ( once more) and furthermore again the rear of my id. ( check was allready done.

Now I need to hold up 72 hours kick the bucket confirmation once more.

The most dissapointing for me is that there is no one who gets this issue and continually I need to clarify my concern. And furthermore they continually utilize the normally waitingtimes. Significantly following three weeks they set just you need to pause... im wonderingwhen my cash will come. Im losing my trust in it.

Hi.
I talk with the client care and they revealed to me that 14 June the pull back was been done manualy. So now I need to hold up it can take as long as 5 days before it tends to be on my bank . Last multiple times likewise with the other payment supplier they state this so I keep u posted
