VulkanVegas Casino - Store was not credited

Hello,

i made two store today at this casino.

1st ... 0:54 ... 40 euros - deducted from my bank and acknowledged in a split second as always
2nd ... 1:04 ... 40 euros - deducted from my bank, yet not credited

After visiting with live help, their administrator said to me, that I should hold up 60 minutes.

Ive reached live help following 57 minutes and we had like 10 minutes discussion about I have to pause and send them evidence of deposit.

So I send them 3 screens of both first and second store and definite data about the second one aswell.

Need to state, that I am long time player at this site and never had issue ever.

Im small disappointing about that, since I made succesfull store to other club subsequent to cutting off talk and logged from vulkan.

For security reasons im not transferring screens of my bank to this post, yet I can guarantee you, that vulkan has each archive they wanted.

Hello dear Sir!

We have reached our charging supplier and gotten a reaction that there was delay in handling the exchange on their side.
In the blink of an eye your store will be credited on your account.

We are really heartbroken about this deferral, yet at times unanticipated things like that happen...
