Toptally Casino - Not Preparing Withdrawal by Mentioned Strategy

After winning around £500 at the club and noticing that they couldn't process payments to Mastercard (which I stored with) I mentioned the withdrawal through Skrill which is another technique I have used to store at the gambling club. In the wake of mentioning the withdrawal I got an email mentioning personal ID, photograph of bank card and a solicitation for a RIB report (which I have never known about). Specifically, they demand that the RIB record shows the IBAN number, BIC Code and the official logo of the bank. I reached my bank card supplier (Pockit) and they told be that as I can't get abroad payments they would be not able to furnish me with such a report. I have disclosed this by email to Toptally's client assistance a few times and more than once inquired as to why it is beyond the realm of imagination to expect to process the withdrawal to my Skrill account? This inquiry has been reliably disregarded and I simply get rehashed demands for data about my financial balance I have revealed to them I can't provide.
I might want Toptally to process my withdrawal by means of Skrill. I am glad to give some other recognizable proof reports they require.
