I am completely checked after fairly moderate confirmation process. After that I made a withdrawal of 1000€, however it has been pending more than 10 days. Taken a stab at asking live visit and they said they will contact fund office, however I didn't get any motivation behind why it's taking such a long time and after that couple of days have passed and nothing have occurred. Getting stressed since others are having the equivalent problem.
