Spin Palace Casino - Activities division deferring my withdrawal

spin royal residence is giving me the go around in regards to withdrawal of 1500.00. they continue saying its with the activities office. it has been since june 25 2019. I mentioned another withdrawal of 499.00 and that one has not been prepared also. my last email was 2 days prior and they said that it will be in the activities division for at any rate another 48hrs negligible. I don't get that's meaning? what's more, for what reason am I not being paid?
