I mentioned my payout of $1750 on the 11.07.2019. I sent off all documentation required and got an affirmation email on 29.07.2019 that every one of my records had been checked. The status of my withdrawal was sitting in pending for a little while so I asked for what good reason my payment had not been handled. I was approached on the 22.08.2019 for my bank wire subtleties, which I had just submitted when I mentioned the withdrawal however I submitted them once more. From that point forward my withdrawal has been sitting with a status of in handling. I have had various discussions with the visit line to attempt to sift through this and been given the go around. Today 10.09.2019 I was connected with the account division who revealed to me that they were not paying me as they required a refreshed ID. As it was presently inside the multi month expiry according to terms and conditions.
My ID is as yet present as it lapses on the 19.12.2019 which is over 3 months and in the event that they had of handled the withdrawal in an auspicious way this would not have been an issue. I don't know how to send in new ID to get my withdrawal paid as I don't hold an identification and my ID doesn't lapse until December.
Once again today it is still inside the multi day time span so can't perceive any reason why they can't pay me, particularly since, all records were confirmed on the 29.07.2019. They had a lot of time to process the withdrawal without this turning into an issue. I have been persistent and simply need what is attributable to me. If you don't mind help me to get this paid as I have done everything that was asked of me and submitted to the guidelines of the casino.
