Hi, I have been 3 weeks with my stars account close with no explanation and no one answer my messages, this is incredible...When I attempt to play it says "your account has been twmporaly limited pending a normal security examination. I have been 8 years playing mid and high stakes on stars and this isn't the best approach to trat the client

I will clarify some more insights regarding the case here. My account shut with 100,000 euros in, in 3 weeks I have not reacted to any mail or just to clarify why. A year prior I accomplished something comparable yet it was explained in 5 days, however now it is going on as of now. I've been working with them for around 8 years and that is the best approach to treat a normal customer?
