Jokerino Casino - 300€ Withdrawal not handled for multi week

Hello,
I play at Jokerino Gambling club for around fourteen days. The confirmation procedure was quick and the initial 3 withdrawls were prepared during 2 days. That is fine.
The most recent withdrawl is currently pending for more than multi week with no advancement. It's just a little withdrawl about 300€ (Skrill withdrawl). None of my messages were replied, what's causing this postponement. I can't include another withdrawl (300€ once more), in light of the fact that there must be one pending withdrawl at that point.
The talk isn't helpfull either. As I previously asked following 2 days, they were helpfull and advised me not to stress and it will be handled during 24 hours. Today they're not by any means noting my visit demands any longer.
As the "Wager history" and "Move history" aren't working yet, I feel extremely apprehensive to be trapped in a kind of a scam.
Would welcome any help.

Can be shut gotten the assets a couple of moments back by means of Skrill.
