I have played on this club more than one year(Registration Date : 10/2/2018,) and I have never had an issue. This time I have kept to them more than 8500 and I have gotten 6500 from them with no problem.
After a success 2307 USD before some days(20/04/2019), they have recently shut my account and appropriated my cash for security reasons as they said.
I addressed them by talk and the explanation was "after further checking they chose to close my account for all time since I didnt pass the security check". They appropriated my 2307.
I was confirmed and I have sent them every one of my records during this one year and out of nowhere they appropriate my rewards for this reason.
