HappyLuke Casino - Club won't cashout my successes, twice!

I didn't process the outcome last time, and I dropped my withdrawal.(4400CNY)
Then I lost 4400CNY and bet alot,This Wednesday I got my cashback about850CNY.
I go through this 850CNY success to 7500CNY,then I cashout again,(22/08/2019 11AM)
Until now,I just got an answer that has been under audit, kindly be patient,and this not normal,(Chinese gambling clubs, withdrawal time is 0 to 120min),And this 2rd time game procedure review,They didn't answer to my last complaint.
So,PLEASE HELP ME!!
