I had a go at pulling back around £1505 from my account (Uncertain of accurate sum as my account is currently blocked) path back in December 2018

I got the connected email on December second saying my account was confirmed now and any withdrawals would be processed.

I expected from this everything was fine and my withdrawal would be prepared. After experiencing my bank articulations yesterday I saw this sum was never gotten and taken a stab at reaching Beginning through live talk, I was advised I would need to pause and that they would email me. I needed to pursue this up by means of email and in the end got an answer.

I can possibly expect I've mis-entered when joining by blunder which is anything but difficult to do yet I have demonstrated my date of birth by means of my identification which they checked and affirmed in the second December email, they never tended to this issue then?

I then went onto live talk to discover what was happening and they said there is no issue with my date of birth and they didn't have a clue what was happening. See screenshot.

Genesis are declining to co-work further on this and simply citing a term where you need to enter right data while enlisting. I've not purposely given any bogus data and have sent my visa/bank proclamation and so forth to check myself, which they said was done and that my withdrawal would be handled. Why now they are backtracking I am uncertain?

Please would you be able to help settle this as it's extremely out of line conduct on the gambling clubs part and I need to think about whether they'd rush to return cash in the event that I'd lost.
