Evobet Casino - Withdrawal deferred for more than 3 days

I have a vefified account and make withdrawal demand on evobet.com on 02 May 2019 in 16:07, as indicated by the Evobet T&Cs ("62.1 Payments are handled in a period not surpassing 72 hours beginning from the second that the solicitation was made.") they should process withdrawal before 05 May 2019 16:07, however I don't get my cash at this point. They defied their own guidelines and deferring payment.
Withdrawal sum is 25000 RUB (~$390).
