After a multi day hang tight for Confirmation, I have made 3 endeavors to withdrawal $450 NZD.
First payment didn't experience because of invalid bank details.
Second endeavor returned saying my name doesn't coordinate the name on my license.
Third endeavor said it got dismissed because of my bank number being wrong.
All multiple times I have triple checked name and bank number and have furnished emu with a bank explanation to check they are on the whole right.
Has now been over 10days attempting to withdrawal my cash with no success.
I think this is a slow down strategy as each time it gets declined they set the cash back into my emu account trusting I will spend it.
I have attempted various occasions to contact client care with the main answer being I have to answer legitimately to the email.
I have additionally answered to every one of the three messages with no reaction to date. Appears to be a major trick to me.
