On the thirteenth August 2019 I chose to take my cash I won, being $4979 and pull back through EmuCasino. I have reached EmuCasino live visit on 20/08/2019 and was educated I was ensured the assets would be in my account with in 10 days and afterward 7 days and afterward between 7 to 10 days. I have a screen gone for this. I at that point reached EmuCasino again on the 21st August 2019 who affirmed that I would get the assets with in 10 days. I have reached EmuCasino through live visit each day and was educated that if the cash doesn't go into the account they can raise a ticket with the payments group. I am confounded why last time it just took 3 business day and this time it is requiring some investment. Client care wont raise the issue. Would you be able to please assist?
