Dunder Casino - Non payment of withdrawal demand

I mentioned a £600 withdrawal from Dunder on 16/03/19 preceding going on vacation. I got an email from Dunder on 25/0319 expressing withdrawal demand dropped. No explanation given. I have sent 3 messages to them requesting explanation behind undoing. All have been disregarded. They are as yet sending me extra offers which I have not taken up. Any help with getting this cash would be appreciated.
