Cresus Casino - Deferring payments for longer than seven days at this point

Cresus club is dealying payments for longer than seven days at this point. My account got checked inside 2 hours (very quick, to be completely forthright). my payments were acknowledged in a day too. Presently they're "finished" for longer than a week and the cash despite everything hasn't showed up. This is the thing that the client assistance replied:

- "the bank needs to confirm your financial balance"

- "Truly, when they will complete their confirmations, your withdrawals will be sent by the heap of paiement."

- "This are mandotary checks about ledger."

- "the heap of paiement need to make mandotary checks, not our gambling club, not by any means your bank."


We're seven days in now, and these are the reasons they gave me today.

Yesterday I was told something other than what's expected.


The rewards indicate 500ish euro's and don't include any type of reward money.

Please make a point to refresh your grievance as needs be and explain the aggregate sum of the contested withdrawal demand/s.

Well, whattayaknow, 3 hours in the wake of distributing my grievance I get everything on my ledger.. this site works better then their client care. Much appreciated KoiSlots!
