I mentioned a withdrawal around a month and a half prior from now for 1100 € wich still hasnt been handled - I messaged a few times and furthermore conversed with live visit like multiple times and consistently was told I will get an email when they will process it however nothing at any point occurred until today 09.09.2019.
I must state this is very disapointing since I enjoyed playing at the site before hanging tight for cashouts got longer and more. I had some cashouts before this that all experienced fine. At any rate I might want to be told whats the explanation behind the pausing ?

If you don't mind clarify whats going and when the cash can be expected.
