Bronze Casino - Issues with €2,200 withdrawal

Hi was fortunate enough to win 2200 playing spaces at Bronze gambling club. I made a withdrawal of 2200 euros on the 6/09/19. I got an email from Bronze Gambling club on the 7/09/19 mentioning Mastercard pictures since I used to various cards while playing spaces on the 6/09/19. I sent the Visa pictures. When addressing talk bolster they said they hadn't got them so I sent the photos again 11/09/19.

On the 13/09/19 I addressed visit backing and sent the card pictures through talk bolster documents connected. Today 14/09/19 I got an email from bronze gambling club saying they have gotten my card pictures however they were not satisfactory might I be able to resend them I have done this.

Also they said in the event that they didn't get the photos inside 3-5 days they return my rewards to my Bronze account. I called attention to I won bronze previously and my card pictures back were satisfactory then.

Please help me since cash returning to my bronze account is of no utilization if can't ever make a withdrawal
