I was never reached by Bovada with respect to this issue like they said they would. Rather I have been attempting to send in check again and again to open my account that they handicapped after I attempted to pull back a portion of the cash I won. I've sent in a similar confirmation records that they mentioned on different occasions and they continue skirting the real issue and not fixing the issue. I don't feel this is reasonable. Each time I call to address somebody I'm informed that it takes 24-48 hours to confirm the reports. When the 48 hours draws near I'm met with an email that says they need me to send in essentially precisely the same check (image of myself holding my ID) . I've sent it twice alongside only a photograph of myself, photograph of my ID and confirmation of address wanting to accelerate the procedure. Ive been exceptionally agreeable with them and nothing is completing. That as I would like to think is terrible client assistance. It would be ideal if you fix this Bovada.
