I attempted to pull back my cash 2 months prior, it was 4500 AUD. They support from the start time, and following a fourteen days Pausing, I still dont see my cash in my financial balance. So I start ask their client care, at that point they denied my pull back and ask my ID approve.
So I give all that they ask and start pull back once more (It takes me 10 email and seven days time contract with them, since they answer so moderate and continue requesting more data from me)
Then they support my pull back once more, and after other fourteen days holding up they denied my pull back again for reasons unknown. I ask them and they simply overlook my solicitation or advise me to wait.

Is been two months now.... I have 7500 AUD in my account which I need to pull back yet they wont let me do it
