Hello,
I might want to approach the grievance group for help with a withdrawal issue.
2 weeks prior, I won 194€ and mentioned a withdrawal. The withdrawal was affirmed following two or three days (12.6) however I didn't get any cash on my account.
1 week back, I reached a help and they kept in touch with me that the withdrawal was endorsed once more (I don't get why in any case) and they affirmed I will get the cash in next 24 hours.
Now it's fourteen days since first solicitation I despite everything don't have the cash on my financial account and still don't have a clue what's going on (no data about any issue)
